2019年10月30-31日,我们相聚山西太原,2019中国煤/合成气制烯烃大会,共同深度探讨,推动产业持续高价值发展!
 
 
2019 年,国际地缘政治与中美贸易关系紧张,加剧了油价波动风险。中国煤炭产能释放,价格稳中有降,煤制烯烃(CTO)成本优势进一步扩大。甲醇价格走弱,甲醇制烯烃(MTO)生产企业利润渐好。
 
亚化咨询研究显示,2019上半年,22个已投产的CTO/MTO项目中,除去个别长期停车项目,大部分满负荷甚至超负荷运行,平均负荷为100%。经测算,吨聚烯烃平均营业利润为690元。过去几个月中,2个MTO项目投产。目前仍有40个CTO/MTO项目正在推进,合计烯烃产能2236万吨。2020年底前,有9个项目,逾400万吨产能等待释放。
 
新技术方兴未艾,产业化步伐加快。相较传统CTO,合成气直接制烯烃(FTO)省略了甲醇合成这一中间过程,具有流程更短、能耗更低的优势。中科院大连化学物理研究所、中科院上海高等研究院、北京石油化工学院等FTO技术都完成了实验室研究,潞安集团、延长中煤、中煤榆林等分别将实施中试项目。此外,大连化物所刘中民院士团队的煤基乙醇(DMTE)制乙烯技术,和DMTO相比,也显示出独特的竞争力。
 
技术进步带来产业升级。与海外乙烷制烯烃和中国炼化一体化相比,中国煤/合成气制烯烃各种技术路线未来竞争潜力如何?新项目规划将如何选择和发展?已投产项目如何优化运营提高竞争力?技术创新和开发下游高价值产品有哪些方向?

ChinaCoal/Syngas to Olefins Conference 2019 is coming soon
 
China Coal/Syngas to Olefins Conference 2019will be held on Oct. 30-31in Shanxi, China. Industrialvisit to Lu’ancoal-based syngas to chemicals plant will be arranged.
 
In 2019, international geopolitics turmoil,tension trade relations between China and the US aggravated the risk of oilprice fluctuations. China's coal price has stabilized and declined with thehigh quality capacity release, which lead to the further expansion of coal toolefins (CTO) cost advantage. Profit of methanol to olefin (MTO) has improveddue to low and medium methanol prices.
 
ASIACHEM studies shows that, in H1 2019,among 22 commercialized CTO/MTO projects, except for several long-term parkingprojects, most of which operated full or even overloaded, with an average loadof 100%. It is estimated that, the average operating profit of polyolefin was690CNY/t. In the past few months, two MTO projects have been put intoproduction. There are still 40 CTO/MTO projects underway, with a total olefincapacity of 22.36Mt. Before the end of 2020, there are 9 projects with morethan 4Mt of capacity in total will be released.
 
New technologies are in the ascendant andthe pace of industrialization is accelerating. Compared with traditional CTO,syngas direct to olefins (FTO) omits the intermediate process of methanolsynthesis, which has the advantages of shorter process and lower energyconsumption. FTO technologies of the Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics(DICP), CAS, Shanghai Advanced Research Institute, CAS, Beijing Institute ofPetrochemical Technology, etc. have completed laboratory research, respectively.The Lu'an Group, Yanchang ChinaCoal, and ChinaCoal Yulin will implement pilotprojects. In addition, the syngas-based ethanol to ethylene (DMTE) technologyof DICP has also shown unique competitiveness compared with DMTO.
